Go to your Dashboard and click the Export button. You can download your data as JSON (complete backup) or CSV (spreadsheet-compatible format) for external analysis or record-keeping.
Are there any usage limits?

Technical & Troubleshooting
Why do I see 'Failed to fetch presets'?
This usually means the backend isn’t running or there’s a connection issue. Check:
- Is the backend server running? (Default: localhost:8000)
- Check your browser’s console for errors
- Try refreshing the page
- Make sure you’re logged in
Why am I getting 'Not authenticated'?
Your session may have expired. Try:
- Log out and log back in
- Make sure your email is verified
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Check if Supabase credentials are correct in .env
Is my data secure?
Yes! Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled. This means you can only access your own data - no one else can see your trades or workflows. We use industry-standard authentication and encryption.
Can I delete my account?
Currently, account deletion requires manual assistance. Contact support to request account deletion. All your data including trades and workflows will be permanently removed.
Trading & Strategy
What trading strategies does Flow support?
Flow is strategy-agnostic! It works with any trading style: day trading, swing trading, options, futures, forex, crypto - you name it. The preset library covers common analysis areas, and you can create custom presets for your specific strategy needs.
Will Flow make me a better trader?
Flow is a tool, not magic. It helps you build discipline, track your trades, and learn from patterns - but you still need to put in the work. Traders who consistently use systematic approaches tend to improve over time. Flow makes that easier.
How many workflows should I have?
Start with one workflow for your main strategy. As you develop, you might create separate workflows for different timeframes (day vs. swing), strategies (momentum vs. reversal), or market conditions. Most traders do well with 2-4 workflows.
