How to get help with Flow
Email is the fastest way to reach the developer. Use it for bug reports, account issues (including deletion requests), or anything that's not covered in the docs.
support@flowtrading.appIf “Open mail client” does nothing, your browser isn't configured to handle mail links — copy the address and paste it into Gmail, Outlook, or whatever you use.
Reporting a bug
When you email about a bug, the more specific you are the faster it gets fixed. Helpful details:
- What you were doing (the URL, the exact button)
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- A screenshot if it's visual
- Roughly when it happened (helps narrow logs)
