You may not use Flow to:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any trading decisions made based on data recorded in Flow
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Service interruptions or errors
• Any third-party content or services

• Flow’s logos, designs, and code are owned by Flow and protected by copyright
• You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform
• Shared workflows may be used by other users according to sharing permissions

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Flow shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
